Can not get on Sever

Hello Everyone

I can not longer log onto the sever and carry on with my building projects. I have been on the sever for many years and never had this problem before. I would be very grateful if you could please help me. I have come to love very much my time on this sever and a place I can go too when things have been bad in my life, like when I lost my job and when my husband passed away with cancer 18 months ago.

Hello nigel,

I am sorry to tell you that you were reset on May 7th, which might be the reason you don't get on the server. Since May 1st a new Reset-Regulation is running. You can find some more information in this News-Thread (the thread is only available in german, so you might have to use a translator).
If you want to continue playing on the server, you will need to unlock again. You can unlock by completing the tutorial or finding the activation word in our server rules.
